Christine Picker Rothchild is a senior attorney with Michaels & May, P.C. She has many years of litigation experience at both the trial and appellate court levels, involving a variety of insurance coverage, environmental and tort matters. She also has conducted environmental due diligence on numerous mergers and acquisitions and counseled clients about potential environmental liability associated with those transactions. Ms. Rothchild has authored or co-authored more than a dozen articles relating to these topics.

Education and Background

Ms. Rothchild graduated from Harvard Law School in 1992. She also has a Masters of Social Work degree from Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with High Distinction, from the University of Michigan. Ms. Rothchild began the practice of law in 1992. Before joining Michaels & May, P.C., Ms. Rothchild was an associate and then partner with Jenner & Block LLP. Ms. Rothchild also taught legal writing at Northwestern University School of Law.
